General

At the entrance door to the office is a hand sanitising facility with printed instructions asking everyone to use it.

We have antibacterial wipes which we use to wipe over every surface as much as required but at least every two days.

Distancing

The employees will not all be working at head office every day. In order to maintain the required distance between employees, there will be no more than 4 people present in the office at anyone time. The other staff will be working at home.

Canteen

Only one person should be present in the kitchen at any one time.

Visitors

Visitors are asked by way of signage on the door to remain outside the building and telephone in for attention so as to limit any unnecessary people coming into the offices. If they are entitled to enter (for example a meeting with us or a delivery), then in addition to the sanitiser provided, in the boardroom we have provided disposable gloves and face masks for use when sitting round the conference table, as the table is less than 2 metres wide.

Illness

Staff are to notify either Samantha Dredge or Chris Pittock if they are feeling ill with symptoms of Covid 19. They are to return home immediately and then the position reviewed by telephone with a view of getting tested. If they test positive, then they should remain in isolation for as long as the Government say they should.
